What is the standard shipping time?

Processing your order takes 3-5 business days, and shipping is scheduled in bulk once a week on Fridays (Guam time).

Boxes are shipped through the USPS. Items are sent from Saipan, and shipping is 7-10 business days. We do not take responsibility for USPS delays as that is out of our control.

What is the refund policy?

Once an order is placed, we do not issue refunds. However, if an order arrives damaged your USPS package is insured up to $50. More info on how to submit a claim to USPS can be found here.
